We’ll take you on a journey through the ingredients, introduce you to local grains like orzo and farro, and show you where – and how – to locate ingredients that are seasonal and connect with the Tuscan style of cooking. 4-Course traditional Italian feast
This full immersion hands-on class will guide you step by step to a true Italian feast from appetizer to dessert. And according to our farm-to-table way of living, each season we change menus according to seasonal availability.
Endless variety of appetizers and crostini, fresh pasta hand made prepared by you, then meat, side dishes and dessert. All made together in a way that you can easily repeat our local cuisine when you back home.
The class is followed by lunch/diner, served with great wines of our region.
The path to Pizza Perfection
Want to learn the best Tuscan pizza at home? Want to learn the secrets to the perfect dough, sauces and all the secrets of Italian pizza?. Let us show you the way. We will discover an endless list of toppings from roasted vegetables of all kinds to fresh cheeses and even how to source the best cured meats. We will teach you everything you need to know to come up with the best pizza combinations. For dessert, we’ll introduce you to a sweet pizza like never before.
Gnocchi and more
Let us introduce you to the art of Gnocchi. In this hands-on cooking class, we’ll dive into the history of these pillowy doughs of perfection. We will make two types of Gnocchi and dive deep into the sauces that match perfectly from fresh tomato sauce to fresh basil pesto. For a little balance, we’ll learn how to make a selection of antipasti and end the meal with an espresso cream for the adults and gelato for the wee ones.

Let us come to you and share our love for Tuscan food while introducing you to tastes and recipes that you have never heard of. In this 4 -hour, hands-on cooking class, we’ll discover the best of Lucca, and prepare a repertoire of recipes from fresh seasonal ingredients. We’ll teach you how to make fresh handmade pasta, sauces, and all the accouterments, and we bring all the equipment from ravioli rollers to rolling pins, everything you need!.
Of course, we must have wine with excellent food, so we pair the region’s best wines for a feast to remember. Kids will love it too, let’s create an Italian chef in training.
Classes are suitable for kids six years old and older. Younger kids can run around and enjoy the lively vibe and food. Leave with a whole new way to cook and lots of recipes, in English of course.
